The Koala Luxe has a medium-firm feel and if I use my virtual scale here, I would say it’s a 6.5 with 10 being really firm. I want to talk now about my experience with it during the past week.

Lying on my back, the topper hugged my hips and shoulders and I felt very comfortable in this position. I wasn’t sinking into the mattress and the support was great. Moreover, there was no pressure on my joints which helped my spine rest better.

Turning to the side position, the topper made sure that there was no discomfort in the hip area. The Kloudcell layer helped my spine align correctly and I felt that support remained good.

Finally, there is the bottom part which is made of a high-quality velvet fabric. This feels soft and it gives a luxurious character to this mattress.

Unfortunately, this cover is not removable but this is expected from such a mattress. If you get it stained, you can clean it with a dump cloth and some mild detergent.
